Chelsey is a yoga instructor with a series on YouTube about living tiny! “When we set an intention in yoga class, it’s about bringing mindfulness and intention into our movement. We want to bring our goals and daily habits into alignment. So be intentional with your choices. Spend a few moments each morning checking in with your body, setting your intentions for the day.”
Corrina’s fascination with nutrition began in my Human Physiology and Cell Biology classes at St. Edwards’s University in Austin. Understanding the process of disease, cancer and cellular dysfunction makes the importance of good nutrition abundantly clear. She dedicated herself to sharing the secrets of nutrition and natural health with the world– helping others to unleash their own immense healing power. She is also a singer, guitarist, and ASMR artist.
Kelsy is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, underwent trauma-informed yoga teacher training through Yoga Behind Bars, and has taught hundreds of yoga classes. She also has a passion for Chakra energy healing!
Sheena is a Dating & Love Coach based in Austin, TX. She began to teach yoga while offering dating coaching on the side. It didn’t take long for Sheena to realize the direct relationship between being highly spiritual and being successful in love. She created dating coaching programs rooted in yoga, meditation, and breathwork to help singles understand themselves better to find love more easily.
Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Hypnotist & Transformation Coach specializing in confidence, self-esteem, and helping people overcome limiting beliefs. She combines the psychology of human behavior with the healing power of energy work to create a custom experience for all her clients.
